Oatstraw- High in calcium and magnesium. Promotes healthy teeth and bones. Eases anxiety. Nourishes the nervous system. 

Chamomile- Helps with insomnia and restlessness. Increased immune system function. Reduce stress.

DIRECTIONS:

For Tea: 

Steep 1-2 teaspoons of herbs in 1 cup of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, strain and drink. If you like your tea sweet, we recommend honey or stevia in place of sugar. Drink cold or hot. 

For Herbal Infusions: 

Place 1/3 cup of herbs into a 16oz mason jar or 1 cup of herbs into A 32oz mason jar and carefully fill with boiling water to the very top, then cover with a lid. Allow herbs to steep for 4hours and strain. Add Honey or Stevia if you’d like to sweeten it. Drink 1-2 cups a day at least 3-4 times a week for maximum results. Herbal Infusions can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
